If you follow the photo guidelines below, your photo will probably be good enough to use for your cushion portrait. • Make sure the photo is taken in good light (outdoor daylight is best) • Try to take the photo at eye level • You don’t have to be looking at the camera • Try to take a close-up • Make sure the photo isn’t blurry • Make sure there are no facial features (e.g. ears!) outside the photo – we can’t add them if they aren’t in the original photo. We have a team dedicated to checking photos once your order has been placed. If there is a problem with the photo, we’ll let you know by email very quickly. Don’t worry if there is a lot of background in the photo. It’s obviously better if it’s a plain/bright background. But it really doesn’t matter.
