Yes! We have several portraits with multiple people to print on a mug. We have costume options for men, women, children or couples. If your desired composition is not listed, you can send us an email with your request. We will then design a beautiful portrait for your mug especially for you!

If you follow the photo guidelines below, your photo will probably be good enough to use for your mug portrait. • Make sure the photo is taken in good light (outdoor daylight is best) • Try to take the photo at eye level • You don’t need to cast to the camera • Try to take a close-up • Make sure the photo isn’t blurry • Make sure there are no facial features (e.g. ears!) outside the frame – we can’t add these if they aren’t in the original photo. We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there is an issue with the photo, we’ll let you know by email very quickly. Don’t worry if there are lots of things in the background of the photo. It’s obviously better if it’s a plain/bright background. But it really doesn’t matter that much.

Yes, we will not print your mug until you approve it! All customers receive a free digital sample of their portrait as it will appear on the mug and can always request changes before we print your mug. You will receive an email when your digital sample is ready. Only after your final approval will we start the mug! We guarantee 100% satisfaction.
