If you follow the photo guidelines below, then your photo will likely be good enough to use for your royal portrait. •Make sure the photo is taken in good light (outdoor daylight is best) • Try to take the photo at eye level • You don’t have to look at the camera • Try to take a close-up • Make sure the photo isn’t blurry • Make sure there are no facial features (e.g. ears!) outside of the frame – we can’t add these if they aren’t in the original photo. We have a team dedicated to checking photos after an order is placed. If there is an issue with the photo, we’ll let you know by email very quickly. Don’t worry if there is a lot of background in the photo, it’s obviously better if it’s a plain/bright background. But it really doesn’t matter that much.
